We are a free listing to give
you additional exposure. Unlike a newspaper ad where
you have to keep paying, Homexchange will run your
rental information until the place is rented. And
we can also run your ad in the newspaper at our own
expense for even more exposure! Many landlords even
use us exclusively and we have saved landlords thousands
of dollars in advertising costs over the years.
You get approximately THREE lines,
80 characters each to tell prospective tenants about
your property. It is an expanded listing. The more
info you give us the more calls you'll save yourself.
The only thing we ask in return is that you let us
know when the property has been rented. We do attempt
to make contact with landlords once a week to verify
the status of their rental. By REALIZING the landlord's
property's features and KNOWING a tenant's needs,
we can match tenant to landlord.
